By accessing or using the BotanicaViva Institute website, courses, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use our platform.
2. Account Registration and Use
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. BotanicaViva Institute reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Course Access and Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, modules, and downloadable resources remain the exclusive property of BotanicaViva Institute. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content solely for personal educational use. Sharing, recording, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments, Refunds and Subscriptions
Payment is due at time of enrollment. We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible courses if you have not downloaded any materials or completed more than 10% of the content. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through your account settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to upload harmful content, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt the platform's functionality. BotanicaViva Institute may remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
BotanicaViva Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
